Canadian rocket launches could change more than where a satellite begins its journey. NordSpace founder Rahul Goel explains what a domestic launch capability could mean for services, careers and control over access to space. His company’s own satellite journey makes the question personal: why book that ride elsewhere?
A shoebox-sized spacecraft is already giving the team experience for something bigger. Behind the screens in mission control, the satellite and rocket projects are closely connected. How does a small mission help prepare a company to launch its own payloads from Canadian soil?
Rahul once looked south for the future he wanted. Now he is building toward that future at home, with an ambition that reaches beyond one launch. What could a Canadian success make possible for the next person who thinks their biggest ideas require leaving?
