The time change comes with an extra question when different provinces follow different rules: who checks the phone? Rob Breakenridge puts the scheduling puzzles into everyday terms, from a Sunday-morning clock check to a trip across the border.
A Canadian ferry, a Canadian destination and a connection to an American cell tower add another wrinkle. The original surprise was a roaming charge. With clocks in the conversation, that same experience raises a different question about which time a phone might display.
Even a familiar hockey schedule needs another look, along with a flight booked months ahead. And beyond the clock debate, a northern BC tanker restriction prompts a distinction between the projects it affects now and the routes Rob sees as future possibilities.
