Thank you for listening to the Shift.  Each night I bring my extensive radio hosting, public speaking and business ownership to the radio each night. Hosting the Shift is truly a privilege. I’m lucky to be surrounded by an amazing group of colleagues, peers and friends who believe in my notion that we truly can do life differently. It’s an idea that maybe if we shift how we speak to each other (and ourselves), that maybe most of these topics become more clear with each conversation.

Ryan is the gatekeeper and boss of the Shift.  He’s a truly intelligent and kind person. Ryan likes “wholesome” content and conversations. What I’ve learned about Ryan, is that we all grow and thrive inside “wholesome”. Ideas, notions and topics that keep us centered in who we are. Wholesome, I’ve learned from Ry, is being true to yourself, and sharing ideas in a way that welcome others to the conversation. He has a background in acting, news anchoring, lego and sneakers.  One of those four seems to be an expensive habit.

I’ve been lucky enough to know Brendan since 2020 and he joined the SHIFT in early 2021.  His extensive experience in Live Improv Theatre brings a high standard for the sounds and clips that run on the Shift.  BK also is king of music selection, and hosts “New Music Monday Early on a Tuesday Morning” each week
